The Windsor Forest Elementary School Replacement Project (RFP C26-12) is an ESPLOST-funded school construction project for the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System. Located at 414 Briarcliff Circle in Savannah, GA, the project will demolish and abate the existing Windsor Forest Elementary School and replace it with a new two-story building of approximately 99,900 SF, with 74,900 SF on Level 1 and 25,000 SF on Level 2. Croft & Associates serves as the architect for the project.
